These terms apply to the X8VPN Cross-Border Network Acceleration service and its related user panel. Before using the service, read these terms and related policies to confirm that the service meets your needs and complies with applicable laws. If you have questions, contact support through the user panel. If you do not understand a rule, pause before activating or using the service.
Service Content and Scope
X8VPN provides international route connections, client downloads, and subscription management. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; connection options depend on what the client displays. Accounts, content, and paid features on third-party websites and apps are not part of this service.
Before use, check your device environment, subscription status, and data balance. Route coverage does not mean a third-party platform will accept a particular exit region or that specific content will always be accessible. Third-party platforms determine their own eligibility and regional rules.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not publish, resell, rent, or share your account or subscription with others. There is no limit on the number of devices a user can have online at the same time. This rule covers connections from your own devices and does not authorize distributing subscriptions or providing commercial access to others.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before activation, check the package page and order details to understand the different terms for monthly subscriptions and data packages. If your credentials are exposed or you notice unusual use, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket.
Lawful Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities, as well as the terms of service of any website or app you access. Do not use this service to commit fraud, violate others' privacy, distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or engage in other illegal activity.
Do not use this service to attack networks, steal data, distribute malware, send spam, or disrupt the normal operation of other users' systems or third-party systems. You are responsible for the content you publish and the actions you take. This service provides network connectivity; it does not grant permission to access third-party resources.
Service Availability and Liability
Connection quality may be affected by your local network, device configuration, carrier routes, maintenance, and third-party platform policies. X8VPN does not unconditionally guarantee continuous connections, a fixed speed, or access to specific apps. If an issue occurs, first check your client and subscription status, then follow the troubleshooting instructions.
For interruptions caused by force majeure, changes to third-party services, or issues with your device, we will provide necessary information and assistance based on the circumstances. You are responsible for backing up important data. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be waived under applicable law or limit any remedies you are entitled to by law.
Usage Restrictions and Account Termination
If X8VPN identifies unlawful use, account resale, public distribution of subscriptions, or activity that affects service operation, it may take measures such as restricting connections, suspending accounts, or terminating service based on the risk. In urgent cases, necessary protective measures may be taken first, with an explanation provided through the panel afterward.
If you disagree with a decision, submit details through a user panel support ticket to request a review. Service restrictions do not automatically determine the outcome of any fee-related matter. You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for details.
Terms Changes and Related Policies
X8VPN may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or management rules change, and will note the update month on this page. Major changes affecting users' key interests will be announced on the website or through the user panel. The scope and effective date of changes will be set out in the relevant notice. Changes will not retroactively take away rights users have already acquired under the law.
If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to ask how it affects your existing subscription.
